SANEDU TASK FORCE was created as a response to the European trend of decreasing number of students at the science faculties. The task force focuses its activities on a cooperative approach to integrate scientists, mathematicians, pedagogues, social scientists, and didactic teachers and teacher trainers to work together on inventing new teaching methods in science. Crucial point in this area is to implement research-based education and to promote application of IT technologies in the education process which could be a substantial factor of increasing the attractiveness of science among the present and prospective students.
