The Forum will gather scholars, young researchers and representatives of universities, university networks, international organizations and higher education national agencies from all the 44 countries of the Union pour la Méditerrannée (UPM). This is why the Forum constitutes a platform to develop a common vision and concrete proposals for Higher Education and search in the Euro Mediterranean area.

This year’s programme will focus on the analysis of the “Mechanisms of Transformation of the Euro-Mediterranean Universities”, which is the main topic of the conference.

In the agenda of the Forum will be composed of the plenary sessions on “Quality Assurance and Research” and “EuroMed Mobility” and the presentation of case studies that can enhance the global Mediterranean expertise on transformation of universities. The results of the Working Groups of the EPUF on “Quality Assurance and Research” and “Mobility” will also be presented at the Forum.
