ERASMUS SPRING STAFF WEEK - Polytechnic University of Valencia - 16-20 May 2011

The aim of this UPV Erasmus Staff Mobility Spring Week is to welcome non-teaching staff from partner institutions and share their experiences with them.

The proposed program will consist on different workshops and visits to the departments according to the participant’s areas of interest.

UPV Erasmus Staff Mobility Spring Week: Preliminary Programme

Monday, May 16th	9.30 Welcome Speech. Presentation of UPV International Relations Office, UPV facilities and services. Coffee time Guided visit to UPV
Tuesday, May 17th	09.30-13.30 Visit to different UPV Services: Participants will visit different central units at UPV according to their professional profile. This meeting will enable them to interact directly with the experts who are in charge of specific tasks and learn about UPV management and organisation.
Wednesday, May 18th	09.00-14.00 Visit to EPSG (Escuela Politécnica Superior de Gandía). You will be able to visit all the different units and services in this Campus.
Thursday, May 19th	10.00 Guided visit to Schools /Faculties: Participants will visit the units of a UPV school/faculty: International office, administration services, financial department, student services, computer rooms, laboratories etc. 14.00 Lunch with the School/Faculty International Office staff
Friday, May 20th	09.30-13.00 Guided visit to the city of Valencia.

The main communication language will be English and Spanish.

To apply for a non-teaching staff mobility exchange in UPV, please fill in the on-line application form at http://intergeo.webs.upv.es/staff/solicita/ before the 21st of March 2011.

UPV will inform you about the approval of your application by the 25th of March 2011. UPV will accept 30 placements and a maximum of 2 persons per institution.
